On January 15, 1985, Norbeto G crashed into a truck in Colombia, suffering burst liver, fractured vertebrae, ribs and humerus. Due to massive hemorrhage and lack of O-negative blood, surgeons initially declared intervention pointless. After three cardiac arrests with clinical death pronounced, they closed wounds to wait for final death. A nun found five donors in the chapel. A friend created commotion, leading to continued attempts. Another surgeon was brought in at 2am after two more cardiac arrests. During this time, Norbeto felt immersed in unfamiliar space with great clarity where there was no light but he WAS the light, no music but he WAS the music, no harmony/peace but he WAS those things. He felt part of a Great Whole - the Universe without stars where everything was light, joy, and love. Twenty-five years later, this completely changed his vision of existence. He gave up drugs and superficial relationships, dedicating himself to astrological investigation.
