Anthony experienced a severe asthma attack at 9:15 PM while sitting on his bed, unable to breathe or call for help. As he blacked out from lack of oxygen, he heard a calm, caring voice that told him not to worry and to follow it. He left his body and observed himself lying on the bed before traveling toward a light into another world made of "liquid light." In this realm, he was instructed to build a garden on a mountain over 2500 years, placing golden bricks to create a path and planting trees. He was taught about human nature, seeing how anger stems from pain or fear, and witnessed the interconnection of all humanity. After completing the path, he experienced increasing spiritual pain with each step, representing the wounds he would inflict on his own soul in life. At the temple formed by the trees he planted, he met a being of pure love who touched his cheek and said "And now you know. It is time to go back now." Upon return at 9:23 PM, only 8 minutes had passed despite experiencing millennia in the other realm.
