Christian suffered a severe accident where he cut his face off on a deer fence and was bleeding to death. He woke up in scrub brush hearing friends searching for him. He called out that he was bleeding to death and told them to call a rescue helicopter due to the remote location. When loaded into the ambulance, he entered a meditative state to self-assess his injuries, having survived multiple previous serious accidents.
As he drifted into unconsciousness, he experienced being surrounded by love, warmth, and light - feeling happier than ever before or since. Everything good was contained in this light. He encountered a seemingly uncountable crowd of ancestors and relatives who had passed, recognizing those from his lifetime. His deceased dogs were also present at the front of the group. He felt these were family he had known forever, there to bring him home. All questions were answered before being asked through a form of telepathic communication. There was discussion that it wasn't his time yet, that he had something to come back for, though he doesn't know what that purpose is. He feels lost and doesn't want to be here, knowing he cannot end his existence by his own hand. He received other information he will never share. He next awoke in the rescue helicopter. The trauma team noted his injuries were the best facial lacerations on a living person they had seen, with his skull visible where his nose and face had been. He was told he would lose vision in his left eye but has since restored it to better than 20/20. --- Biblical Summary --- Biblical elements: The experience includes several biblical elements: encountering deceased relatives aligns with the communion of saints, the overwhelming love and light could represent divine presence, the sense of everything being good reflects God's perfect nature, and being told he has an unfinished purpose on earth resonates with biblical concepts of divine purpose and appointed times. Unbiblical elements: The presence of deceased pets in the afterlife contradicts traditional biblical theology which doesn't support animal souls in heaven.
