Vincent became severely ill while at Disney World with intense abdominal pain. Paramedics transported him to a trauma center as his vitals declined (blood pressure 60/40). The hospital sent a chaplain to stay with his wife, and doctors said they had done all they could. Vincent told his wife she had been a good wife, seemingly knowing he would be leaving. Upon losing consciousness, he experienced being shocked back to life (without actual defibrillation).
