Four-year-old Bonnie was playing cops and robbers with neighborhood children when she was locked in an abandoned refrigerator as the "jail." The other children forgot about her and went inside for snacks. Trapped and unable to escape, she thought a tiny light appeared above (though the refrigerator was unplugged). She felt herself leaving her body upward through the grates into the light, being pulled through a tunnel that opened into the most incredibly beautiful white light with a loving personality. The light revealed itself as composed of countless colors beyond Earth's spectrum. A voice from the light discussed how all things - mountains, people, everything - were made of this light. Bonnie wanted to stay but was told she had to return because her mother needed her. She saw something like her mother standing by a crib (her mother was unknowingly pregnant and would later have another baby Bonnie helped care for). She learned there were things she would need to do in the future. Suddenly returning through the tunnel into her curled body, she heard the terrified mother calling who had discovered the children had left her trapped. The experience gave her belief that all people and nature are connected. She later became a rehabilitation counselor helping disabled students, feeling this was the purpose God had revealed. She gained scientific knowledge beyond her age about light containing all colors and everything coming from the same source.
