Scott, age 17, ignored parents' warnings and swam to a buoy half-mile out after eating. Severe cramps left him unable to swim, sinking to lake bottom. He held breath until involuntary breathing caused water to enter lungs, experiencing choking, vomiting, and extreme pain. Suddenly all pain ended - he saw his physical body on lake bottom showing distress while his spirit felt no pain, only relief and peace. He saw a see-through tunnel with intense bright light at the end radiating love and peace, being physically drawn toward it. Realizing he was dying, he prayed for another chance at life. Next thing he surfaced gasping for air. Experience made him more spiritual, gave him desire to serve others, knowledge of consciousness after death and Higher Power existence. He has no fear of death and looks forward to afterlife when his time comes.
