Simran was in a severe bus accident that killed the driver and injured many passengers. She was flung from front seat with blood loss, skull fracture, and crushed leg. While unconscious, she heard concerned female voices (possibly angels) saying "Wake up! Nothing will happen to you, nothing will happen to your brain." In the operating theater, a brilliant light with a soft male voice told her she would leave everything behind and come empty-handed, giving her an important message to remember. She was unconscious for 3 days in near-fatal condition. Later experienced severe meningitis with face paralysis, which the voices had predicted she would survive. She now feels God's glow and doesn't belong to this world, living to spread love and peace per the message.
