John was severely beaten by three teenage attackers and their German Shepherd dog, experiencing kicks and blows that the court later deemed "highly severe" and potentially lethal. During the assault, he suddenly floated diagonally above his attackers, observing the scene from meters above their heads while time and space appeared frozen. He felt completely free from bodily limitations and looked down at his body without sorrow or regret. Turning around while floating, he encountered an indescribable light like an opening to another dimension, with a welcoming face full of pure love, understanding, and warm humor. Through silent direct communication, he felt both welcomed and expected, as if returning home after a long journey. A door or entrance opened to his right, revealing an enormous crowd of angelic beings - millions or trillions of beautiful creatures in pure silver light, all appearing to expect him. Though they knew his time had not yet arrived, they showed him what awaited him. He accepted the decision to return, which seemed to be his own choice they were reminding him of. Instantly returning to his body, he ran from the scene uninjured despite the severe beating that should have killed him, having neither internal nor external injuries.
