On April 12, 2008, Chantal fell down stairs and suffered a skull fracture with brain bleeding and concussion, though she had no memory of the fall. That night, she witnessed a strange whirlpool in her bedroom that seemed to make earthly reality disappear to be replaced by another reality she somehow knew well. Her own voice, yet not from her earthly consciousness, spoke to her saying "Time has come to go." The voice showed no judgment, only extraordinary tenderness and love, giving her the choice to go or stay. It reminded her of her husband and children and her unfinished mission on Earth. Despite her reluctance to return due to life's hardships, the voice promised she would be helped, truth would spread, people would wake up, and planet Earth would be saved. Her visual perspective was shifted about one meter from her body, and she could see her cat at the foot of the bed despite lying face down. She experienced incredible, marvelous inner and outer love before everything stopped and she awoke with severe symptoms requiring emergency care.
