Carman had two NDEs. At age 5, she accidentally overdosed on her mother's depression medication, being unconscious for nearly two hours. She climbed a golden ladder through clouds to meet a man with white hair and beard in white robes who she identified as God. He sat her on a marble bench, and she felt immense love touching his beard. She was shown a life review on a huge screen including images from a previous life as a young blonde man killed in a car accident, with a yellow ranch home and family. In a marble room with a huge book, her guide searched for her name, then showed her a vision of her mother dead if she didn't return. At age 15, during dental anesthesia, she traveled through a black and white tunnel with freight train sounds, was diverted to a hallway with three oak doors, entered pitch black darkness, prayed the Our Father, and saw a pinprick of light growing larger before returning. Both experiences convinced her of life after death and divine love.
