Tara B was severely depressed after childbirth and attempted suicide by overdose. She took pills and got in a hot tub, experiencing an electrical tingling sensation concentrated at the top of her head as her consciousness began to rise. She repeatedly left and returned to her body, observing it with detachment. She rushed through a tunnel of blue swirling mist toward a brilliant white and blue light emanating love. She saw a vast expanse with stars and a distant city near a sparkling sea. After her husband found her, she encountered three tall, blond beings in blue robes who radiated love and told her she had to decide if she was done with her task. They revealed she had picked this life as a test and could choose to return or get another body. She saw her children reading in their bedroom and kissed her youngest on the forehead, who giggled. After choosing to return, she was resuscitated by a nurse who pumped blood into her body. She spent three days in intensive care with heart and breathing problems.
