Rick, a Georgia corrections officer, fell 80 feet from a tree-stand onto boulders in December 1982. He experienced leaving his body, floating above the river seeing his injured form bleeding from mouth, nose, and ears. He then traveled at high speed through the atmosphere, seeing Earth, planets, star systems, and galaxies. He entered a dark hole with colorful light streaks, approaching a massive crystal/glass city radiating colored lights.
Inside the 30-foot doors, he saw robed beings with white hair, color-changing blue eyes without pupils. One directed him to a hallway leading to golden doors. Inside, a brilliant figure on a throne showed him his complete life review, emphasizing how his actions affected others. A voice declared "You must return and help others by changing your life!" and warned against surgery or he'd never walk again. He was shown Earth's future: volcanoes, government collapse, violence, then peaceful new people. After crawling injured with his rifle, his father-in-law found him. Despite doctors insisting on surgery, he refused. He miraculously walked again weeks later, with doctors amazed at his healing. --- Biblical Summary --- Biblical elements: Crystal city with golden elements resembles New Jerusalem, life review with moral accountability, divine command to return and help others, prophetic visions of tribulation followed by peace, miraculous healing defying medical expectations, angelic-type beings present. Unbiblical elements: The description of beings without pupils and interstellar travel through multiple galaxies extends beyond biblical cosmology. However, these could be symbolic representations rather than literal contradictions.
