Linda experienced an accidental drug overdose in May 1999 after taking eight tablets at once instead of over the course of a day. She died and had an extraordinary near-death experience. Initially, she felt herself breaking into a million particles and sensed her aura intermingling with a sleeping friend beside her, learning about their gene pools and past lives. She was then pulled around the world three times at tremendous speed by her solar plexus, viewing Earth like a Google Earth map. Above Indonesia, she was sucked into a tunnel and greeted by a light being who guided her through multiple dimensional levels where souls were learning and preparing for their journeys. She witnessed higher beings helping Earth with medical discoveries. She met God, described as an eight-foot tall being of pure love and light, who showed her a rapid life review and asked if she was happy with her life. She felt a mixture of good and bad emotions based on her life actions. When she asked to return for her children who had recently lost their father to suicide, God granted her request but told her she would forget most of what she learned to not interfere with her earthly life.
