On September 17, 1988, Judy underwent surgery for tubal ligation following childbirth. During the procedure, she experienced respiratory and cardiac arrest. She found herself floating at the ceiling, observing medical staff working on her body on the operating table. After passing through double doors, she entered a beautiful green field with a creek, flowers, and a perfect mountain with a city at its peak.
