Seven-year-old Frances was drowning in the ocean, caught in a riptide. After giving up the struggle, she "popped" out of her body with the thought "I'm not dead, I'm alive, more alive than ever!" Her spirit went straight to the Light without a tunnel. There were people in the Light full of love and understanding. She was told many things stored in her subconscious, had a purpose for returning, and agreed to come back. Suddenly she was in a strange man's arms being lifted from the ocean. The man, possibly an angel, set her on shore, asked if she was okay, then disappeared. She gained psychic sensitivity and prophetic dreams.
