G. Bryan B had his third major accident when his tie-rod broke causing him to lose control of his pickup truck. He was broadsided by another vehicle and thrown across the cab, striking his head forcefully enough to be pronounced dead at the scene. He suffered a closed head injury and brain-stem damage. After falling up out of his body into a tunnel of pastel hues, he encountered a radiant being of pure love and intelligence. The being showed him his life review and expressed disappointment that he hadn't used his gifts. He was then transported to a vast library where he conducted research through a thought-responsive computer terminal. He remained there until told the library was closing, then came out of his coma months later with hidden knowledge that emerged during his studies.
