In June 2001, Dana fainted in the shower, hitting her head on the side and back. She watched herself unconscious in the shower as her boyfriend turned off the water, panicked, and tried to revive her. She thought "I'm dying" and looked up, feeling incredibly warm and loved. She didn't want to come back, but her boyfriend's crying and declarations of love brought her back. She was angry at him for a while afterward.
This was her second such experience. The first was with another man who had choked her until she passed out in a fatal attraction incident. She heard and felt her heart slow down, praying for her sister and daughters' safety. She watched him do CPR from outside her body, thinking "that's gonna hurt when I breathe again." Both experiences gave her a taste of "heaven on earth" - a feeling of unconditional love, peace, and home that doesn't exist here. She has no fear of death now, knowing her deceased father and brother are at peace surrounded by love. The experiences gave her hope and freed her from earthly worries. --- Biblical Summary --- Biblical elements: Multiple out-of-body experiences during near-death, overwhelming divine love and peace, consciousness surviving bodily death, and loss of fear of death. Multiple NDEs from different causes (including criminal assault) without mention of God, judgment, or spiritual transformation raises questions.
