David experienced dizziness while on the phone in his hospital room four days after hernia surgery. Upon sitting down and calling a friend over, he lost consciousness with his head falling against her. He entered a dark tunnel of unknown duration, then found himself walking on an infinite prairie where everything was luminous and shining. He experienced overwhelming wellbeing and happiness.
He then found himself in a wooden room with many windows. To his right were three seated figures appearing to judge him - one with a grey face, one normal-looking, and a luminous entity that continuously changed shape. His deceased father was present, pacing anxiously with hands clasped behind his back. A white light entity hovered in the air. He saw a vision of a dog bounding toward him with good intentions. The middle judge struck the table with a gavel while holding papers and stated his name, declaring "He is condemned to go on living." His father showed relief. After a second gavel strike, David lost his footing and returned through the dark tunnel, awakening in this life.
