Angela had two profound experiences - the first in 1971 from an allergic reaction where she stopped breathing and her heart stopped for about two minutes. She exited her body and saw relatives around her lifeless form, surrounded by intense white light emanating from every point. The light was strong but not painful, accompanied by uncontrollable joy. She didn't want to return to her pain-filled body but was compelled back, feeling pain return from her feet upward with a gasping rush of air into her lungs. The second experience in 1987 during meditation replicated and deepened the first. Purple light opened in her head, later becoming white-gold light forming a perfect circular tunnel. She experienced rushing through this tunnel to bright white light that remains accessible to her over 21 years later. Following these experiences, she's had numerous spiritual phenomena including out-of-body experiences where she sees her body's outline separating and hears a lighter voice from her heart area, preceded by buzzing in her ears. Her menstrual periods stopped despite normal hormone levels, and she developed ability to perceive colors and people differently, achieving high academic grades with minimal effort.
