In August 2001 while snorkeling in Costa Rica, George was caught in water suction near rocks and began drowning. After drinking and beach activities, he became exhausted fighting the current, taking in substantial seawater multiple times. While underwater, past images and experiences flashed before his eyes and mind. He saw what appeared to be bright yellow centralized light. He vaguely remembers seeing himself in the water. Was rescued by boat operator Kevin. Experience led to spiritual awakening and complete life transformation.
