Robert O was given a blood thinner for a clot which caused atrial fibrillation, then died. He saw an ethereal pastoral sky with a river of events flowing before him. A naked woman with long golden hair (whose nakedness was hidden by her hair) appeared and would make scenes pop into view. He saw four bare-chested men playing conga drums rotating in one scene. He experienced extreme peace, tranquility, and incredible joy. He was supposedly dead for four minutes and twenty seconds before being revived via defibrillation.
