Nancy S was in a head-on collision with a suicidal driver going the wrong way. She suffered massive injuries including cracked skull, broken jaw and chin, all ribs broken in multiple places, all bones in left foot broken, fractured knee and wrist, spinal fractures, and internal injuries. In the emergency room, she heard a nurse say "We're losing her" as her blood pressure dropped. She floated backwards off the table, seeing the big clock on the wall and all the medical staff working frantically. She went through the wall diagonally where it joined the ceiling and entered a tunnel. She experienced indescribable light, sound, and sensations - everything unified as one experience. She felt utter peace and contentment. She heard loving voices saying "Come on; it's okay" which she thought were her deceased grandparents. Without warning, she was slammed back into her body. The clock showed roughly an hour had passed. A doctor later confirmed she had been dead for over four minutes.
