Michael H, age 16, experienced cardiac arrest during knee surgery. He mentally bundled a tiny spark of energy (like being startled) and pushed it into his chest area, restarting his heart. He awoke in recovery with no memory of events after that moment. His mother confirmed the medical emergency when he shared his perspective. Years later, he comforted his dying mother with this knowledge, and she passed within 15 minutes.
