Jeremy H was working under his truck changing a fuel pump on the freeway when a drunk driver struck them on August 28, 2002. He suffered seven broken ribs that pierced his lung, head trauma with significant blood loss, and lost consciousness multiple times. His female companion was killed instantly in the accident.
During his unconscious state, Jeremy found himself in what appeared to be a stone courtroom with black hooded entities in shadows and white hooded entities in the light. Between the podium where he and the deceased girl stood was a pit of fire. The girl was "begging, crying, and screaming for her life" for a second chance. When Jeremy looked back after seeing the bright white hooded entity, the girl had vanished. He believes she "went to a bad place" while he was given a second chance. Jeremy awoke in the hospital to police informing him of the girl's death. The experience left him feeling he was shown what could happen if he doesn't "straighten up" his life. He experienced confusion, anger, heat and sweating during the encounter.
