Jennifer V, age 11, was in a car accident when the vehicle hit a telephone pole. She immediately felt paralyzed and entered an out-of-body state where she felt she had returned "HOME" to heaven. She communicated with a beautiful spiritual being she believed to be Christ, who appeared on her right side. The being told her she must return to help the severely injured driver whose nose had been cut off. Despite her strong resistance and pleas to stay in heaven, the being gave her specific instructions: pick up the nose from the floorboard, remove the driver's shirt, place the nose back and apply pressure, walk him up the road where a car would come, and direct them to ECM Hospital.
After reluctantly agreeing to return, Jennifer re-entered her body and followed the instructions exactly as given. She calmly directed both the injured man and a terrified good Samaritan who stopped to help. The ER doctors successfully reattached the man's nose with minimal scarring. The attending physician was amazed that an 11-year-old with no medical training knew exactly what to do and remained so calm, calling it miraculous.
