In April 1995, during a religious festival, Bilge drank water after breakfast and suddenly felt strong chest pain before fainting. While unconscious, she remained aware but in a different location. Initially in darkness, she found herself flying rapidly as if searching for herself, feeling light and relaxed. She saw her body lying on the floor on its right side and attempted to lift it but found it impossibly heavy.
Looking up, she saw a beautiful green place with small running streams. She felt pulled toward this paradise-like realm and reached out as if an unseen hand was drawing her there. As she neared this place, she heard her husband's and daughter's voices, causing her to withdraw while screaming "Not now, not now." She described her return as like separating a column of water from another body of water. Since then, Bilge has experienced similar fainting episodes, including one in May 2006 where she found herself in the same mysterious place. She fears she might love that place too much and not return, believing her earthly duties aren't complete. Following her NDE, she developed psychic abilities including mind-reading and precognitive dreams about others' futures, guided by an inner voice she sometimes fears. --- Biblical Summary --- Biblical elements: The experience of leaving the body during a medical crisis aligns with biblical accounts of the spirit's separability from flesh. Her repeated voluntary returns to this spiritual realm through fainting resembles occult practices.
