In October 2001, a gay man underwent surgery to remove precancerous growths from his colon. During the procedure, the anesthetist gave him another full dose when he appeared to be coming around. They embraced, spinning and conjoining their energy while conversing for what seemed like hours. He also met his deceased grandmother, great-aunt, and surprisingly his former mother-in-law, with whom he made peace. His husband told him he had to return to complete his purpose. He found himself back in his body and woke at 5:30 PM in recovery after being out all day.
