The experience centers on Vaikuntha, the abode of Vishnu in Hindu tradition, with the experiencer seeking an even higher realm within Hindu cosmology. The voice offering Vaikuntha and the entire framework operates within Hindu religious understanding completely foreign to biblical revelation. The description of leaving through the "uterus" and existing as "fluid substance" reflects Hindu/Eastern concepts of consciousness incompatible with biblical anthropology. The mention of parasites feeding on human emotion suggests dualistic spiritual warfare outside biblical framework.
While some elements superficially resemble biblical concepts (bright light, otherworldly beings, life review), they're interpreted through an entirely non-Christian lens. The "wise man" and beings encountered aren't angels or Christ but entities within Hindu cosmology. The journey through multiple realms and dimensions reflects Hindu/Buddhist concepts of multiple planes of existence rather than biblical heaven/earth/hell. In November 2011, a young Hindu Nepalese man experienced a profound NDE following a motorcycle accident. Earlier that day, he had taken an illegal substance with friends and was riding home when he experienced a "oneness experience" while still riding. He heard a voice asking "Are you not the one who is desiring to go to Vaikuntha?" and realized he would have to die first to get there. He lost control of his motorcycle and crashed. Finding himself wounded in the street with people gathering, an unearthly man appeared in the sky saying "You can do it." He then observed white light searching for channels to exit his body, leaving through what he perceived as the uterus. His awareness transferred to a fluid substance that left his body, hovering in the 4th dimension where others couldn't perceive him. He encountered two women and humorously asked one for coffee, knowing she couldn't hear him. Another fluid substance pulled him toward bright white light where he dissolved completely, losing all concept of self and time, experiencing pure joy. The experience included a life review of himself as a child contemplating death, visits to otherworldly landscapes, encounters with an unearthly wise man, glimpses of his grandfather, observation of parasites living on human emotion, and travel through a long tunnel. Fearing permanent death, he departed the tunnel to space where he saw Earth and Moon closely, then was placed at the "top of the world" where he expressed desire for a realm higher than Vaikuntha. Four intelligent beings observed as he fell through layers, finally returning to his body in the ambulance.
