This experience directly contradicts core Christian doctrine despite containing typical NDE elements. While the out-of-body experience, life review, and encounter with a loving presence could align with some biblical concepts, the content fundamentally opposes Christian teaching. The experiencer explicitly saw "OTHER LIVES" that she knew were hers, directly supporting reincarnation which contradicts Hebrews 9:27 about dying once then facing judgment. She now follows "Law of One principles" which is a New Age channeled teaching system incompatible with Christianity. Her conclusion that "Hell isn't even a real place" directly contradicts Jesus' numerous warnings about hell. The experience led her to abandon Christian faith entirely, no longer attending church and believing salvation isn't necessary. While the verification of the childhood memory is notable, the spiritual framework completely diverges from biblical Christianity, promoting universalism, reincarnation, and denial of biblical truth about judgment and salvation.
Ciara B experienced cardiac arrhythmias (SVT and atrial fibrillation) following a birth control shot. In March 2012, during a severe episode at home, she was taken by ambulance to the hospital where she was given adenosine to reset her heart rhythm. The medication briefly stopped her heart, causing a pop in her head before she found herself above her body watching the medical scene in extreme slow motion. She could perceive details in all directions including microscopic ceiling texture. The hospital room then spun into a vortex leaving only palpable darkness. Memories of this life and OTHER LIVES flooded back, showing moments of hurting and loving others without judgment. A presence telepathically told her it was time to go back and this was just a glimpse. She immediately returned to her body as the nurse removed the syringe. During the experience, she saw a childhood scene from foster care where her toddler brother was spanked - her mother later confirmed this actually happened. The void felt like being wrapped in velvet in a mother's arms with immense love. The experience changed her religious beliefs to be more consistent with reincarnation and the Law of One principles.
