At age 17, Penny D tried synthetic marijuana (K2) with her boyfriend and two adult friends, having used it before without issues. While cooking steak, she suddenly blacked out. Her boyfriend caught her before hitting the ground and carried her to a bed with his friend. As they tried to wake her by slapping her face, Penny left her body and observed the scene from above. She saw herself lying down while simultaneously seeing herself kneeling upward at a right angle from her body, attached at the knees and shins. She appeared as a fog-like mist with no color. From this unusual perspective, she watched them standing at her head trying to revive her. She experienced no emotions - no happiness, pain, anger, or sadness - just neutral observation. The surroundings remained unchanged in color and appearance. Not wanting to fully separate from her body, she didn't move anywhere else, remaining partially attached at her lower legs. She felt someone wanted her to wake up and returned after about two minutes according to witnesses. The experience led her to believe in reincarnation and that consciousness persists in various forms, sometimes as fog or clouds, always present in some form.
