The assertion of being told his "ancient name is El Shaddai" is particularly problematic, as El Shaddai is a name for God Himself in Hebrew scripture, suggesting either deception or delusion. The ongoing visions claiming he will be "the most famous person in history" and communications with entities claiming to be ABBA (another name for God) and various spiritual beings including "Michael" in hybrid pig-human form directly contradict biblical teaching about the nature of God and angels. These elements suggest New Age spiritualism rather than biblical Christianity.
Matthew was a police lieutenant and attorney suffering from undiagnosed vasovagal dysfunction disorder. On Thanksgiving 2019 at his parents' house, he suddenly lost consciousness while watching TV.
