This experience contains highly unbiblical elements that directly contradict core Christian doctrine. The experiencer was told "You and I are one and the same" by divine beings, learning that everyone is literally God rather than created by God. This pantheistic view that humans are divine contradicts the biblical distinction between Creator and creation. The experience included verification of reincarnation through visions of a past life, which opposes biblical teaching of one life followed by judgment (Hebrews 9:27). The revelation that "we create our own lives according to emotions" and "manifest the divine from within" reflects New Age thought rather than biblical submission to God's will. Most significantly, the claim that "no hell or destiny exists" directly contradicts Jesus' teachings about eternal destinations. While the experience included encounters with what the experiencer identified as God, the theological content is fundamentally incompatible with biblical Christianity, promoting self-divinity and denying judgment.
Emanuele, previously agnostic, experienced a cardiac arrest triggered by terror during an earthquake at 3 AM on October 6, 2018. After his family went back to bed following the tremors, he felt searing chest pain and lost consciousness. Despite losing consciousness, he remained lucid and aware, feeling lightness and peace. He saw his body on the bed with eyes closed and understood he was outside his body. He wandered on the astral plane visiting friends and relatives homes, then heard an inner voice compelling him toward the sky. He saw dazzling lights in white, pink, and gold filling the sky without a tunnel. A collective divine presence he knew was God blocked his path forward. Beings communicated telepathically that he and God are one, and showed him visions of his existence before birth as part of God. He learned the purpose of incarnation is spiritual advancement and expressing our divine essence. He saw that all souls will unite as one God while maintaining individuality, and that we create our own reality through emotions and beliefs. After returning to his body, he retained all knowledge gained, transforming from agnostic to knowing everyone is God.
