Susan's experiences contain significant non-biblical elements that conflict with Christian doctrine. While she mentions seeing Jesus and angels, her practice as a professional medium directly contradicts biblical prohibitions against consulting spirits of the dead (Deuteronomy 18:10-12, Leviticus 19:31). She claims to be clairaudient, clair-cognizant, clairsentient and clairvoyant from childhood, regularly communicating with deceased persons and reading energy fields for clients. This practice of mediumship and divination is explicitly forbidden in scripture. Susan F reports three NDEs throughout her life, beginning at age two. Her most significant adult experience occurred in 2011 while attending a hypnotist convention in Massachusetts. While sleeping in her hotel room, she spontaneously felt her spirit leaving her body. She encountered her deceased father, son Jason (who died at age 12), and other deceased friends and relatives. They appeared in an opaque-looking area between earthly and heavenly dimensions. Her father and son pushed on her head, telling her to "Get back in your body! Stay! Stay!" though she wanted to leave. She argued that she wanted to "come home" but her father persuaded her to stay longer on earth, suggesting something great was in her future. Throughout the experience, she couldn't open her eyes or initially speak, though she was crying and having a telepathic conversation that her roommate Dr. Janice witnessed. Susan has been clairaudient, clair-cognizant, clairsentient and clairvoyant since childhood, regularly seeing angels and energy fields. She now works professionally doing readings, clearings, and bringing messages from deceased loved ones. The experience reinforced her understanding that real life exists in the eternities rather than on earth.
