While this child's NDE contains some elements compatible with biblical accounts (out-of-body experience, encountering a spiritual being, supernatural realm), the subsequent spiritual direction is highly problematic. The experience of being told "you are not ready" by a spiritual voice could align with biblical accounts of divine intervention. However, the experiencer's current involvement with Ramtha's School of Enlightenment is deeply concerning from a biblical perspective. Ramtha claims to be a 35,000-year-old warrior spirit channeled through JZ Knight, which is clearly occult channeling forbidden in scripture (Deuteronomy 18:10-12). The school teaches New Age concepts including creating your own reality, ancient wisdom, and consciousness evolution - all contradicting biblical truth. The visual of a purple swirly void doesn't match biblical descriptions of heaven or hell. While the child's initial experience may have been genuine, the interpretation through New Age philosophy and involvement with channeled entities represents spiritual deception. The Bible warns that Satan can appear as an angel of light (2 Corinthians 11:14), and this subsequent spiritual path suggests possible demonic influence rather than divine encounter.
Six-year-old Dahlia was hit by an SUV while riding her bike in October 2006. Her back tire was struck, bike flipped, she was stuck between the grill and bike, then thrown through the air when the driver braked. She landed on her back, her helmet broke into four pieces, and she stopped breathing. She had two separate NDEs. First, at the accident scene, she was above everything watching trees sway and birds chirp. She tuned down the stressful siren sounds while keeping soothing sounds. She flew to check on her deceased dog Walker buried in their yard, feeling but not seeing him. She saw her best friend and brothers on bikes heading to the accident scene, then went to the lake hearing fish jump and ducks. She was pulled back into her body with intense pain. Days later in ICU, after the intubation tube was removed causing throat swelling, she stopped breathing again. She saw her body in bed with her dad holding her hand. She was between a purple swirly void (like grape and vanilla ice cream) surrounded by stars, and a black hole behind her. She was naked and fighting, knowing the purple swirl meant no return. A genderless voice said "you are not ready, I am going to help you heal" and told her other things she cannot remember. She was pulled into the black hole, opened her eyes saying "okay, okay," then the alarm went off and the respiratory team rushed in.
