On November 25, 2009, Kristy was a passenger in a head-on collision while talking to her mother on the phone. Since the experience, she has developed abilities to see ghosts, assist them with crossing over, and do psychic readings. She feels she returned for a purpose and now helps others, giving messages from the other side that bring them peace.
