Giselle L experienced clinical death from excessive alcohol consumption. A police officer attempted to wake her by slapping her face, but she could not keep her eyes open or move. She was rushed through hospital emergency corridors where she heard someone say "Her pupils are dilated." She then found herself floating in a void that was neither dark nor light - just nothingness. She was lying on her back, floating with no thoughts or emotions, experiencing complete emptiness and freedom. She felt weightless peace beyond any earthly comparison. She floated into light where two figures of energy approached - formless beings with no outline. One telepathically told her "It's not your time" and stretched part of itself to create a tunnel. This tunnel was the most beautiful thing she'd ever seen - alive with energy, bright blue, with a living framework of geometrically perfect synchronized lines spinning inside each other. She zipped through it and returned to the void, where she found herself staring through a square-shaped hole at her own body while medical staff tried to revive her. She was pulled back into her body and could see everyone around her despite closed eyes, but couldn't move or speak. All the pain of a dying body rushed in. She sat up screaming at the doctor "Why did you bring me back?" then passed out. She awoke with a psychologist at her bedside.
