While initial NDE had some biblical elements, extensive occult/psychic abilities developed afterward directly contradict scripture. UFO/alien encounters, telekinesis, ESP, and mediumistic abilities align with demonic deception warned against in Bible. Drug use and pursuit of altered states compounds concerns.
Sixteen-year-old Berta, intoxicated with history of abuse, was in a severe motor vehicle accident that threw her 138 feet, landing face-first on pavement. She was pronounced dead after the code team ended resuscitation attempts. During her NDE, she floated in the corner above equipment, looking down with extremely clear and intense vision, feeling wonderful with no pain or density. Everything was light and pure. She observed the tunnel of light but wasn't compelled to approach it. When her parents arrived and her mother became hysterical and fell to the floor, Berta wanted to comfort her mother and suddenly found herself reaching out her hand, returning to her body with its pain and suffering. She experienced multiple psychic phenomena afterward including telekinesis, ESP, clairvoyance, healing abilities, and awareness of angels and "Grays" during massage work. She is also a UFO abductee. Her parents each had multiple NDEs later in life.

--- Biblical Summary ---
Biblical elements: Out-of-body experience with clear consciousness, tunnel of light, choice to return for loved ones, awareness of angels, healing abilities developed afterward similar to spiritual gifts.

Unbiblical elements: Extensive psychic/occult abilities including telekinesis, ESP, mediumship. UFO abduction experiences and awareness of "Grays" suggest demonic deception. Later drug-induced OBE and Pentecostal "slain in spirit" experiences blur spiritual boundaries.
