Andrew experienced an NDE during a severe car accident when his vehicle flipped. After the initial chaos of breaking glass and noise, everything went calm. He experienced himself leaving his body twice - first climbing out of the vehicle and up the hill where he tried unsuccessfully to flag down passing cars who could not see him. He returned to turn off the still-running car and saw his own body inside. The second time, he successfully got help from a passing motorist.
