This experience is highly problematic from a biblical perspective. The "alien" beings claiming to be soul family, childhood astral travel, and continued communication with these entities strongly suggest demonic deception. Scripture warns against consulting with familiar spirits (Leviticus 19:31). The New Age concept of "universal connection" and ongoing occult practices make this incompatible with biblical Christianity. While some elements like life change could be positive, the spiritual source appears to be deceptive rather than divine.
Suzanne was in a car accident and pronounced dead. She came back screaming just as medics were about to body-bag her. She felt comfortable and knew she had obligations to clean up her life, stop alcohol and cigarettes as they affected her universal connection. She met with an elderly lady guide and two alien-looking beings she identifies as soul family. She saw faces of people who would be instrumental in her future life. She had always been aware of things others weren't - as a child she would be shown future technology and meet with beings. After the NDE, these abilities increased. She continues to communicate with the alien beings she calls soul family.
